2712112 ONTARIO INC. dba New Wave Convenience Store located at 750 Colborne Street suite 3 Brantford, ON N3S 3S1 is looking for Store Manager-retail to join their team as soon as possible.

Job type: Full Time/Permanent

Salary: $42.78/hour



Job Duties:

1) Schedule and assign tasks to employees

2) Oversee daily operations to ensure the store runs efficiently.

3) Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed.

4) Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment

5) Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

6) Plan and execute in-store promotions and marketing activities.

7) Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.

8) Analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

9) Monitor store finances, including budgets, expenses, and revenue

10) Prepare financial reports and analyze sales data.



Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

1) Completion of secondary school is required.

2) 02 to less than 03 year of relevant experience is required.
