Job Duties:
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of other workers in the team.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
- Requisition of materials and supplies
- Prepare production and other reports
- Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
- Train or arrange for training of workers
- Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
- Ensure standards for safe working conditions are observed
Education: Completion of secondary School is required
Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory position or similar experience is required.
