DT Global Ltd o/a Soap & Co is hiring Supervisor-retail,
Soap & Co store at Kingsway Mall, 1 Kingsway Garden Mall NW, Edmonton, AB T5G 3A6.
F/Time, Perm, Shifts, Weekends
Salary – $ 26.50 hourly
Skills requirements: good English, customer service oriented,
Previous experience in retail sales is required,
Previous experience as a supervisor is an asset.
Education: Secondary school
Main duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff;
- Hire and train of new sales staff;
- Resolve customer complaints;
- Sell merchandise;
- Control sales report and order merchandise;
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise;
- Keep with Malls' laws and regulations.
