VACANCY: One (1) Location: Burnaby, BC
Fulltime 40 hours per week
Employment Condition: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Flexible hours, Early Morning, Morning

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Worksite Environment: Personal and social adjustment and health (substance abuse, gambling, behaviour disorders) Programs dealing with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Work Setting: Group Home, Work in Employer's / Client home, Community Centre, Private Residence, Various locations, Willing to relocate.
RESPONSIBILITIES OR TASKS:
Administrative and office activities, appraise client's needs or eligibility for specific services; Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs; Develop, co-ordinate and implement the delivery of specific services with the community; Resolve conflict situations; Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses; Implement behaviour management programs; Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients; Assist clients to appointments and social outings.
