Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 1696 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC V8W 2G6

Benefits:

Job Duties:

• Recruit, train, and oversee team members
• Establish and determine the strategies of services and implement operational procedures
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Control and monitor revenues and adapt procedures and prices
• Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Manage and evaluate employee performance

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
