Sushi California is seeking F/T Cooks (Japanese Kitchen Cooks).
Position Info:
Position: Cook (Japanese Kitchen Cook)
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $17.62~$19.00/hour
Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Number of Positions: 3
Work Location: 1100 Melville Street Suite 100 Vancouver BC, Canada V6E 4A6

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete foods utilizing standardized recipes
- Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen clean and sanitized
- Oversee kitchen operation
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Ensure that staff are thoroughly trained on each menu item
- May assist in recruitment and hiring of new staff
Job requirements:
Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
Language: English
