skilled and experienced Full-time Sushi Cooks.
Conditions
- Wage: $16.50-$20.50/hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
- Working Hours; Full-Time (30-40 hours/week), Permanent Position, 5 days/week
- Ability to do shift work according to work schedule (daytime, evenings, weekends)
- Vacation: 10 days paid vacation or 4 % gross salary

Job Requirements
- Completion of secondary school
- 3 years or more commercial cooking experience as a Cook
- Language: English
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook cuisine from the menu such as nigiri sushi, sashimi, aburi sushi, and sushi rolls etc.
- Prepare salad dressings and sauces
- Handle raw fish and make fish fillets
- Monitor and order supplies
- Oversee kitchen operations
- May clean kitchen and work area
