- Position: First Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $34.00~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

- Work Location: 19 Helmcken Road suite 135, Victoria BC V8Z 5G5

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
- Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory, and keep records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Order supplies and equipment, and inspect kitchens and food service areas.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
- Oversee general kitchen operations and ensure cleanliness in the kitchen and work areas.
- Supervise kitchen staff and recruit additional team members as needed.
- Plan menus and estimate the required food quantities.
- Determine portion sizes and calculate food costs.
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
