SUSHI TONTON is seeking F/T Restaurant Supervisor
Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15/hr
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hrs/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
- Extended benefits after 1 year of full-time employment
Job Duties:
- Resolve customers’ complaints and work-related issues
- Train staffs in job duties, sanitation, safety and company procedures
- Recruit employees when needed
- Prepare budget and estimate costs
- Supervise activities of employees
- Ensure food service control meets the standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish staff work schedules
Experience requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
Language Requirements:
- English
