Sushi Wara (Comox) is looking for F/T Cook.
Position:
Cook
Terms of employment:
Full-time, Permanent
Wage:
$16.00 – 20.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours:
30- 40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Prepares a variety of foods according to standardized recipes
- Keep food prep area and kitchen cleaned and sanitized
- Make sure the production of high-quality merchandise
- Manage accurate food inventories
- Supervise Kitchen operation
- Ensure staff is well trained on each menu item
- May assist in hiring and recruitment of new staffs
Educational Requirements:
Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
2~3 years work experience as a commercial cooking experience is required
Language Requirements:
English
