Sushi Well is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor.
Position:
Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment:
Full-time, Permanent
Wage:
$14.65 – $18.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours:
30- 40 hours/week
Benefits:
4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Participate in train staff in their task and responsibilities.
- Supervise the staff to make sure food is prepared well in a timely manner.
- Estimate and order of food ingredients required for food preparation
- Plan staff work schedules and work methods to meet the load.
- Make sure that food meets quality standards.
- Participate in the hiring process of food service staff and give support in the development of procedures.
- Handle customers’ complaints or concerns
Educational Requirements:
Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
2~3 years work experience as a food preparation or service is required
Language Requirements:
English
