JOB DUTIES :

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Supervise 11 to 15 people, Prepare and submit reports.
• Prepare food order summaries for chef, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
• Supervise and check assembly of trays. 
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
• Establish work schedule.
• Train staff in job duties, Sanitation and safety procedures, Address customer complaints or concern.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication skill in english, College diploma or Degree, 1 to 2 years of Experience mandatory, Bond able , valid driver licence and own vehicle, Team player, Client Focus, willing to relocate, tight deadlines, Physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

AVAILABILTY :

Early morning, evening, night, weekend to be determined

Preference will be given to Canadian Citizen and Permanent Residence
