Swift Accounting Ltd. is located at 1332 Khalsa Dr, Suite12, Mississauga, ON, Canada requires TABULATION SUPERVISOR Full time Permanent(40 hours / week)

Salary $32/hr

Vacancy : 1 Vacancy

Start Date : as soon as possible

Education: Must have bachelor’s or master’s Degree in Mathematics.

Experience : 1 year to 2-year relevant work experience

JOB DUTIES

  • To supervise, review, and assigning work to accounts, financial office workers
  • To take care of their work schedules, assigning duties and responsible to get the work done timely, efficient and in a proper manner as per provided guidelines
  • Dealing with multiple client companies’ financial data, annual reports and other accounts receivable, including writing reports and entering data.
  • Classifying data into tabular form using a symmetric arrangement of statistical data in rows and columns.
  • Able to process data and Financial numbers in one-way, two way and complex tabulation
  • Should be able to effectively use tabulation to Simplify the Complex Data, Bring Out Essential Features of the Data, Facilitate Comparison, Statistical Analysis and saving space
  • Reconciling monthly, annual account statements for various client companies
