Taishoken Ramen is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $14.65 ~ $18.00/hr (depending on experience)
Working Hour: 30-40 hrs/week
Benefits:
- 4% Vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Participate in train staff in their duty and responsibilities.
- Supervise the staff to make sure food is prepared well in a timely manner.
- Estimate and order food ingredients required for food preparation
- Plan work schedules for staff and work methods to meet the load.
- Make sure that food meets quality standards.
- Hire food service staffs and give support in the development of procedures.
- Handle customers’ complaints or concerns
Experience requirements:
1~2 years work experience in food preparation or service is required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
Language Requirements:
- English
