The Parlour Restaurant is looking for a F/T Food Service Supervisor.

Description

Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $18.50~$21.50/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 1011 Hamilton Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 5T4

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion of dishes

·         Assist in hiring new food service staff

·         Record and maintain inventory of stocks, supplies and sales

·         May train food service staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

·         Organize and establish staff work schedules and engage in hiring process

·         Address and resolve customers’ complaints, concerns and inquiries

·         Prepare food order summaries for cooking staff according to requests regarding allergies

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food service is required

·         Education: Completion of Secondary School is required

·         Language: English
