Position: Food Service Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $ 15~18/hour (depending on Experience)

Working Hours: 30-40hours/week

Job Duties:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Set up work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure food service and quality control are met
• Address and handle customer complaints and questions
• May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs                                               
• May recruit food service staff

Job requirements:

• 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required

Educational Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
