Position Info:

• Position: Automotive Service Technician
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $35.00~$35.65/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 2103-21320 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BC, V6V 2X5

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Maintain automotive systems by adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components
• Adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer's specifications
• Report and record problems and work performed
• Examine motors in operation and test motor vehicles as well as their systems and components
• Perform scheduled maintenance service
• Provide customers with information about the services performed and upcoming repairs
• Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor

Job requirements:

• Experience: Completion of a four-year automotive service technician apprenticeship program or 3 ~5 years of work experience in automotive technology are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
