Valleyview Liquor Store is seeking F/T Retail Sales Supervisor.
Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hour: 30-44hours/week
Wage: $20.50~$24/hour (depending on experience)
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales for staff
- Assign employees to duties and plan work schedule
- Resolve customer complaints and supply/organization issues
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise as required
- Sell and manage returns of goods
- Approve payments by cheque and authorize the return of merchandise
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Train or arrange for the training of new staff
- Ensure the maintenance of the store such as visual standards, displays, signage and cleanliness
Job requirements:
- 1~2 years of experience in retail sales experience required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
