Vancouver Urban Winery is seeking F/T Sous-Chefs
Position Info:
- Position: Sous-Chef
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $28.85~$31.85/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 55 Dunlevy Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6A 3A3
Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty foods
- Plan menus and ensure food quality standards are met
- Assist and guide cooks and other kitchen workers with food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage and supervise daily activities and duties of kitchen staff
- Create new recipes
- May requisition food and kitchen supplies
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
