Salary: $27.00 / hour

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
Personal Suitability: Organized, Team player.
Supervision: 1 to 2 people, 3 to 4 people, Staff in various areas of responsibility.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail.

Tasks:
1. Establish work schedules and procedures.
2. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
3. Prepare and submit reports.
4. Resolve work related problems.
5. Recruit and hire staff.
6. Arrange training for staff.
7. Conduct performance reviews.
8. Co-ordinate, assign and review work.
9. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
10. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
