Description
SAVEMORE PLUMBING,HEATING & ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES LTD is looking for a full-time & permanent 2 Warehouse Workers- Material Handlers at 12387 84 AVE Surrey, BC V3W 3G8. (Even though this is full-time position we encourage part-time job seekers to apply as well.) The wages will be 20/hr and 40 hrs/week.
Job duties:
Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment.
Move household appliances onto and off moving trucks or vans.
Perform other material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking.
Operate industrial trucks, loaders and other equipment to transport materials to and from transportation vehicles and to store and retrieve materials in warehouses.
May perform other activities, such as opening containers and crates, filling warehouse orders, assisting in taking inventory and weighing and checking materials.
Requirements:
Some secondary school education may be required.
Physical strength is required for manual material handlers who work with heavy materials.
