Job Description:
- Grade and Label wood products according to safety standards and regulations
- Measure wood producs to ensure conformance specifications
- Classify and sort lumber accordin to industry standards and grades
- Examine Lumber visually for knots. holes, splits, and other defects
- Sort Lumber for trimming or remanufacturing
- Stamp/mark lumber to indicate grade, wood type, moisture level and other characteristics
- prepare reports as needed

- Attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team to acheive company metrics
- Able to communicate with management & agency representatives effectively as required
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors in noisy & dusty environment
