Job Duties:
- Maintain inventory and accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Prepare and cook complete meals or a variety of Japanese foods
- Oversee kitchen helpers
- Maintain food preparation area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized
- Establish the right serving sizes for the food and place the necessary equipment and supply orders
- Participate in hiring and training the kitchen helpers if necessary
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Language: English
