Job Description:

This company is currently hiring 2 full-time permanent Bookkeepers to join their team in Abbotsford, British Columbia as soon as possible.

Job Duties: 

• Record day to day financial transactions of the company.

• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books and financial       statements, and maintain general ledgers.

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls, utility, and other bills.

• Manage account receivables and payables for the company.

• Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to management if required.

• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School is required.

• Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field

Or

1 to 2 years of related experience is required.
