Automobile Servicing Manager
We are looking for a well-experienced Automobile Servicing Manager for “Thornhill Hyundai” located at 7200 Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON L4J 1V8, Canada. You may be required to work at other locations in the region.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service department, ensuring timely and efficient workflow.
- Manage and motivate staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet service goals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve complaints tactfully, and ensure a positive service experience.
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to drive service sales and profitability.
- Ensure accurate pricing, repair approvals, and proper documentation for all service transactions.
- Manage daily shop workflow and route sheet.
- Inspect every completed vehicle for customer delivery readiness.
- Review and action “Monthly Parts & Service Quality Control Summary” for repeat problems or other patterns
- Manage warranty policies, procedures and receivables
- Address and notify management of any situation compromising the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership
- Ensure that all the necessary service operation equipment is available, properly maintained and in safe working condition.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (High) School completion
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 43.27 to $ 50.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
