Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook entire meals or individual dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards
- Plan menus and determine the size of food portions
- Keep kitchens and food preparation areas clean and sanitized
- Supervise kitchen helpers and comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Order ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Participate in recruit and hiring process
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
