Description

We are looking for well-experienced Bakers to work for EPI Breads located at 1526 Bayview Ave., Toronto, ON M4G 3B4, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Prepare dough and bake following EPI Bread’s established recipes and guidelines.

• Operate ovens to bake a variety of goods, including bread, pastries, tarts, and rolls.

• Apply glazes, icings, or other toppings to baked products using spatulas, brushes, or other tools.

• Regulate oven temperatures and manage baking times to ensure optimal results.

• Maintain high standards in baking, ensuring products meet quality specifications and consistency.

• Handle the receipt, organization, and storage of baking-related inventory.

• Uphold strict food safety and sanitation practices, including cleaning both food-contact and non-food-contact surfaces and equipment.

• Ensure display and showcase items meet presentation standards.

• Perform additional duties as needed to support the bakery's operations.

Prerequisites:

Education: Secondary certificate or equivalent experience 

Experience & Skills: 2 year to less than 3 years of experience

Language English

Hourly Rate: $ 18 to 35.00 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits:  4 % Vacation Pay
