Job requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in the food service industry is required
- Some supervisory experience is required
Educational Requirements:
Completion of a college program in hospitality or a related field.
Language Requirements:
English

Wage:
$35.00/hour
Hours:
30-40hours per week
Benefits:
10 days paid vacation or 4% remuneration, Tips, Meal discount
Job Duties:
- Manage, direct and evaluate the entire restaurant (front and back) operations.
- Develop marketing and promotion plans.
- Manage inventory, oversee revenue, and adjust procedures and pricing as needed.
- Establish operational guidelines and ensure health and safety rules are followed.
- Hire employees and oversee their training.
- Create staff schedules and track their performance.
- Maximize customer satisfaction and respond to customer complaints.
