Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Job roles and responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide the sales team, cashiers, and other store employees during shifts.
- Make sure customers are helped quickly and politely and solve any problems or complaints.
- Help manage the store’s daily activities, including keeping the store clean and organized.
- Check product levels (snacks, drinks, car supplies, etc.), place reorders, and ensure shelves are always stocked.
- Train new team members on store procedures, customer service, and safety rules.
- Supervise cash register operations, handle returns or exchanges, and make sure all money is counted correctly.
- Set up product displays, price tags, and help promote special offers.
- Ensure all staff follow safety rules, especially around fuel pumps, car wash areas, and store equipment.
- Prepare simple reports on sales, staff performance, or inventory when needed by management.
- Oversee services like lottery ticket sales, propane refills, and car wash usage to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and adjust staff schedules to make sure all shifts are covered, especially during busy hours.
- Check that equipment like fuel pumps, air pumps, and the car wash are working properly and report any issues for repair or maintenance
