Main Job Duties:
-Supervising and coordinating daily activities of retail staff to ensure efficient store operations.
-Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and answering inquiries.
-Overseeing inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and ensuring well-organized and attractive merchandise displays.
-Training and mentoring employees on store policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
-Handling cash transactions, performing end-of-day reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
-Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations specific to grocery retail.
-Assisting in meeting sales goals by implementing promotional strategies and monitoring performance metrics.
-Conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with store standards.
Job Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in retail sales field is usually required.
Working Conditions.
– Wage: $19.50 – $20.00 per hour (negotiable), plus 4% vacation pay
– Working hours: 30-40 hours per week (Full-time position)
