Tropical farm Market & Meats, BC, is currently looking for Two Retail Butchers, Who could join immediately. The following are the requirements for the job:

Work Location: 11190 84 Ave Delta, BC Canada

Wage: $36.60 / hour
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 30 hours/week
Start date: As soon as possible
Language: English
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·         Cut carcasses, sides and quarters.

·         Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.

·         Remove bones from meat.

·         Cut poultry into parts.

·         Clean and prepare fish and shellfish.

·         Cut fish into steaks and fillets.

·         Grind meats.

·         Slice cooked meats.

·         Prepare special displays of meat, poultry and fish products.

 

Skill requirements:

No Education Required

Experience: 1 to 2 years of related field
