Job Duties:
- Estimate food requirements, food costs, and labour costs
- Create new recipes
- Show and educate new cooking techniques to kitchen staff
- Instruct and supervise cooks and kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking
- Plan menus and ensure foods meet quality standards
- May hire new kitchen staff
- Prepare and cook complete meals
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
