We are seeking a Guest Services Manager at 1050 Paignton House Road, Minett, ON P0B 1G0, Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the hotel.
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
Recruit, supervise, and train staff, setting work schedules and ensuring high performance standards.
Resolve customer complaints and respond to inquiries, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel's reputation.
Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies necessary for the department's operations.
Coordinate with clients for the use of facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions, and other functions, ensuring all arrangements meet client expectations.
Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, billing accuracy, and seamless communication between departments.
Monitor guest feedback through reviews and surveys, implementing improvements to enhance service quality.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards.
Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure environment for both guests and staff.
Assist in planning and coordinating special events, promotional activities, and corporate functions.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive bookings and enhance guest experiences.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, guest retention, and employee engagement.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary school or equivalent
Language: English
Annual Salary: $70000 for 30 to 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
