Savor Foods dba Circle K in Victoria, BC is looking for a Permanent, Full-time position for Retail store supervisor to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.

Location: Victoria, BC V8P 5N4

Positions Available: 1 (One)

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.

Compensation: $24.52 per hour

Work hours: 30 hours/week

Terms: Permanent Full-Time

Language of Work: English

Job duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design teams, ensuring efficient performance and adherence to standards.
  • Hire and train new employees, or arrange appropriate training, to equip staff with the necessary skills for their roles.
  • Authorize cheque payments for goods and services, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Work with exhibit designers to plan and develop permanent, temporary, or movable displays for museums, trade shows, conventions, and retail spaces.
  • Order merchandise and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand and business needs.
  • Approve merchandise returns according to company policies, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Create and manage employee work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales.
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and personnel matters to support decision-making.
  • Resolve issues such as customer complaints, product shortages, or supply disruptions effectively.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and stock management.
  • Supervise staff activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Oversee cash management, ensuring accurate transactions and balanced registers.
  • Manage payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments.
