Job roles and responsibilities:

• Manage the front-desk staff, rental agents, and cleaning/service personnel to ensure all rentals go out on time and in excellent condition.
• Responsible for handling customer concerns, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Rental procedures must be followed correctly, while ensuring customer satisfaction is always a top priority.
• The supervisor must track the availability of vehicles and ensure they are properly inspected, cleaned, and serviced before each rental.
• Maintain accurate records for vehicle maintenance, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Lead the team in promoting additional services such as insurance options, GPS systems, and vehicle upgrades.
• Ensuring that all contracts are completed correctly and payments are processed without error is essential.
• Position involves training new employees on customer service standards, safety procedures, and the use of our booking system.
• Motivate and guide the team and foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Daily tracking of rentals, returns, payments, and vehicle history is part of the supervisor’s job, and they are also responsible for preparing reports on sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory needs.
• The supervisor also ensures all rental operations comply with Ontario rental laws and company policies. This includes verifying driver’s licenses and other necessary documents before releasing any vehicle.
