                                                           Finance & Credit Administrator


We are looking for an experienced Finance & Credit Administrator for Impact Kitchen at 573 King Street East, Toronto, ON M5A 4L3, Canada.

No. of positions –  2

Job duties:

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports on a daily, weekly, periodic, and quarterly basis, ensuring senior management has accurate, up-to-date information to drive informed strategic and operational decision-making

  • Prepare and present individual and consolidated P&L statements to senior management, accompanied by detailed commentary and variance analysis, to provide insights and support effective monitoring of financial performance

  • Take full ownership of critical period-end tasks, including posting accruals, booking intercompany transactions, and reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable, to ensure the timely and accurate closure of each fiscal period, quarter, and year

  • Oversee the entire P2P cycle, serving as the primary point of contact for all Impact Kitchen vendors, ensuring the timely and accurate payment of company liabilities, and proactively resolving any discrepancies as needed

  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing tools, reporting, and internal processes

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and undertake other duties as assigned

  • Review and process client payments, deposits, and outstanding balances related to catering, retail, and corporate accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contract terms

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable across all Impact Kitchen locations, following up on overdue balances and working collaboratively with clients to resolve discrepancies while upholding a positive customer experience

  • Generate and issue invoices, process refunds, and resolve payment disputes professionally and efficiently

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, client agreements, vendor contracts, and industry regulations

  • Reconcile accounts by coordinating with internal accounting staff and external institutions, supporting cash flow accuracy and audit readiness

  • Assess financial risks linked to high-value contracts, late payments, and cancellations, proposing mitigation strategies to protect revenue

  • Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation to support audits, month-end closings, and strategic reviews

  • Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned by management.

Prerequisites:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields is required

 

Experience & Skills: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience 

Language: English

Annual Salary: $74,880 for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Full-time and permanent
