Job duties:
· Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
· Plan and oversee the type of services offered and establish standard operating procedures.
· Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
· Create work schedules and monitor staff performance to ensure efficiency.
· Manage inventory, track sales, and adjust prices or procedures as needed.
· Address customer concerns promptly and ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
· Coordinate with suppliers to arrange food and other necessary supplies.
