Job Duties:
- Direct and control daily operations of the salon
- Plan and control operational budget and inventory
- Evaluate staff performance and daily operations
- Establish or implement company policies and work procedures
- Handle negotiation and management of contracts for advertising or marketing
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Recruit and train new staff
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the service being offered is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
