Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise sales staff and cashiers daily to ensure smooth store operations.
• Assign tasks and create work schedules to make sure all shifts and duties are covered.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, returns, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and run sales plans and special deals to increase sales for both regular and business customers.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory clerk to reorder products when needed.
• Update and maintain attractive product displays based on sales trends and company standards.
• Review sales reports to track performance and share insights with management.
• Train staff on product knowledge, customer service, and effective sales techniques.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and support improvements.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-organized, including promotional materials and signage.
• Lead store activities such as opening and closing, handling major customer issues, and receiving deliveries.
• Ensure all sales and employee actions comply with company policies on pricing, discounts, and service.
