Wages:                       $27.00 per hour, 30-44 hours a week
Shifts:                         Weekdays/Weekends
Benefits:                     Medical and dental insurance, and group benefits after a 3-month probationary period

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to oversee and implement administrative procedures, establish work priorities, conduct analyses of administrative operations and coordinate acquisition of administrative services such as office space, supplies and security services.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer company policies and procedures related to the record keeping and record accessing tasks within the organization;
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures;
  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed;
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services;
  • Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations;
  • Assist in preparation of administrative budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  •  A university degree or college diploma in business or One year Experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration would be an asset;
  • Completion of Secondary School is required;
  • Must be well organized and punctual;
  • Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
