Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on Experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: Location: 4470 Main Street, Vancouver, BC V5V 3R3

Job Duties:

• Determine the services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit, supervise staff members, and oversee staff training
• Manage and set staff work schedules
• Control inventory and organize when it needs
• Modify menu prices according to the restaurant's budget
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Address customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for supplies

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Language: English
