Assistant Manager

1422335 DBAThe Chopped Leaf is looking for full-time and permanent 2 Assistant Manager at Kelowna, BC, V1V 1Y1. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $34.62.00/hr and 30 to 40 hours/week.

Job Description:

  • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Recruit staff
  • Set staff work schedules
  • Train staff
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Employment & Education Requirements:

      College/CEGEP or equivalent experience. 1 year to less than 2 years.
