Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and client-focused Retail Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will lead a small team and ensure the smooth daily operations of our retail environment. Your leadership will be key to maintaining high standards of customer service, staff performance, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3–4 staff members

• Assign duties to sales staff and ensure productivity goals are met

• Hire, train, and support ongoing development of employees

• Manage cash and financial transactions accurately

• Conduct staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply issues

• Order merchandise and maintain appropriate inventory levels

• Organize and maintain inventory systems for efficiency and accuracy

• Establish and manage employee work schedules

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 to 2 years of retail or supervisory experience

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven reliability and dependability

• Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset

Work Conditions:

• Must be comfortable working on-site in a busy retail environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
