Skill Requirements:
– Education: No formal education required
– Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required
– Languages: Written and Oral English
Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of night front desk staff to ensure smooth
overnight operations.
• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and resolve guest issues that arise during night
hours.
• Balance daily financial transactions and generate end-of-day reports for management.
• Monitor hotel security systems and liaise with security or emergency services when
necessary.
• Ensure all front desk procedures follow hotel standards and overnight guest services are
timely and accurate.
• Train and support night shift staff in handling guest requests and hotel software systems.
• Prepare handovers for the morning shift, highlighting pending issues or unusual
occurrences.
