Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $29.00-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 5217 Ladner Trunk Road, Delta, BC V4K 1W4

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff
• Plan, manage and evaluate the operation of a restaurant and food service
• Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance
• Determine and develop customer service, and implement operational procedures
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Provide customer service and resolve customer’s complaints and concerns
• Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices
• Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
