Position Info:

• Position: Baker
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $19.00~$22.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 3
• Work Location: 1-15578 24 Avenue, Surrey, BC V4A 2J5

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Measure and combine ingredients and prepare the dough for pies and batters for muffins and cookies
• Organize and keep track of inventory such as baking supplies and ingredients
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure products are baked in a clean area
• Operate machinery
• Ensure baked goods meet food safety and quality controls
• Write a production schedule and order list

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial baking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
