COBS Bread is a bakery franchise specializing in freshly baked bread, pastries, and other baked goods, made from scratch daily. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our COBS Bread team at the Trenant Park Location (in Ladner, BC). Educational Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school
Job requirements:
– 1 year of commercial baking experience
Language Requirements:
English
Start date:
ASAP
Wage:
$19.00 to $21/hour (depending on experience and skills)
Hours:
30-40 hours per week
*Work start times will be scheduled between 12:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m., on both weekdays and weekends.

Job Duties:
– Prepare doughs and batters from flour to make bread, rolls, and other baked goods
– Bake mixed doughs and batters
– Utilize baking equipment and manage the baking process
– Ensure bakery products meet company quality standards
– Draw up production schedules to decide the type and quantity of goods
Physical Requirements:
– Ability to stand for extended periods of time
– Frequent lifting and carrying of ingredients and products up to 50 lbs
