Reet Food Inc DBA Red Swan Pizza is looking for a full-time and permanent 1 Food Service Supervisor in Kelowna, BC V1X 7Y1. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 22.00/hr and 30 to 40 hours/week.

Job Description:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Establish work schedules

 

Employment Requirements and Education:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
