Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 2411 W 41st Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6M 2A5

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Oversee, coordinate, and assess the daily operations of the restaurant
• Decide on the range of services to be provided and establish operational processes
• Develop staff schedules and supervise employee performance
• Manage inventory, track revenue, and adjust procedures and pricing as needed
• Address customer concerns while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Hire employees and manage their training and development
• Arrange agreements with suppliers for food and other required materials

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
