Position Info:

• Position: Guest Services Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 1450 5th Ave, Valemount, BC V0E 2Z0

Job Duties:

• Create and implement guidelines to ensure smooth daily operations
• Conduct employee training and performance evaluations
• Arrange and supervise maintenance tasks for proper facility upkeep
• Address customer complaints and concerns
• Recruit, supervise, and set work schedules for front desk clerks
• Monitor and uphold compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of related experience in in the accommodation industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
